Anita Sorenson Jazz Week: UW Jazz Composers Group & Jazz Standards Ensemble

Directed by Les Thimmig, the Composers Group is a small jazz ensemble focused primarily on student compositions.  Directed by Emma Dayhuff,  the Jass Standards Ensemble performs music from the standard jazz repertoire with a similar small group configuration.
