Hanah Jon Taylor Artet featuring Reggie Workman

Hanah Jon Taylor is an internationally known saxophonist & flutist, known for his improvisational style. Over the last 30 years, he has performed worldwide with musicians such as Nina Simone, Richie Havens, Roscoe Mitchell and many others. He has also shared jazz and inspired those around him as an artist, educator, and small business owner.

Reggie Workman is recognized as one of the most technically gifted American avant-garde jazz and hard bop double bassists in history. Workman joined the John Coltrane Quartet, replacing Steve Davis. He was present for the saxophonist’s Live at the Village Vanguard sessions, and also recorded with a second bassist (Art Davis) on the 1961 albums, Olé Coltrane and Africa/Brass.
