Jazz Improv Workshop and Jam

Jazz Improvisation workshop 6-7PM open to all levels of players. The Workshop will be led by Madison music educator Johannes Wallmann, Director of Jazz Studies at UW, and  an internationally recognized musician with several recorded albums.

Jazz Jam 7-9:30PM open to all for listening and joining in the music on stage. For this jam the house band is Johannes Wallmann, piano; Jim Huwe, percussion; and John Schaffer, bass. Come & bring  your instrument and/or voice and join in. Or just come out to COPA and enjoy some of Madison’s finest music
