The Madison Jazz Society and the Madison Jazz Jam invite you to join the conversation and join forces to help re-tool the Madison Jazz Society into a Jazz Educational Organization .Topics at this meeting:
- MJS, Jazz Residencies
- MJS Jazz, grants
- MJJ, jam and workshops
- Uw honors jazz band
- UW jazz weekend
- Area high school programs (list these, what is happening and approximate dates of occurrence)
- Madison Jazz Festival
Plan for the future:

- New MJS board and educational mission
- MJS need for board members and committee members.
- Needs people with skills in finance, legal things, grant writing, fund-raising, social media, administration, web skills
- Other creative ways to work together or support, jazz, educational events and programs.
- Commitment- how would you like to be a part?
